Handsome antique cigarette case, marked sterling silver and Elgin, USA. Spring bar to hold the cigarettes in place, or you could use this for credit cards or bills. Monogrammed on the front with initials and on the back with "Always in my heart". 5" x 3", a perfect gift! Shows up a bit golden in the pictures but it is silver.
