Kaeser and Uhlmann German "Arts & Crafts" style 800 Sterling Silver Bowl 24 oz Numbered 8443 Centerpiece
This is a beautiful and rare, German 800 Silver "Arts & Crafts" style, 24 ounce footed bowl. It has a magnificent petal type designed side and rim and is in excellent condition. The diameter of this gorgeous bowl is 12 1/8" and it is about 2" deep.
Makers mark is that of Kaeser and Uhlmann, Schwäbisch Gmünd
a Jewish firm active between about 1925 until 1934 when it merged with Wilhelm Binder
Marks include 8443 800, the encircled HKJ, crescent and crown
This would make an extraordinary heirloom center piece in excellent condition.
