Julius O. Randahl was a Swedish silversmith who worked at the Kalo Shop in Chicago from 1907-1910. Later he opened his own shop, inspired by the Kalo model, but he sold his items through department stores until he closed the shop at the time of World War I. When he reopened work was no longer a pure handwrought operation. See the hammer marks on this ladle. That dates the ladle prior World War I. with his early hallmark on the revese. There is a triple monogam of the period on the shank. Retailed by Peacock in Chicago.
