Fabulous RARE solid sterling silver waiter tray. Produced by Amelie Cardeilhac, successor to Ernest, the quality is superior. This large sterling tray, oval in shape, boasts a large pearl border, with amazing finely chased acanthus handles, surface engraved with radiating lines, floral foliate swags and bearing an interlaced monogram in the center "LD". Condition is pristine. The handles and tray are marked with the Minerve 1st titre; French guarantee for .950 sterling, and the maker's punch for Amelie Cardeilhac. A magnificent piece!
