A magnificent solid silver claret jug, marked for Sheffield 1853 and for the maker Henry Wilkinson. Decorated in fine rococo Cellini style with a distinct nautical theme, including a mask of Oceanus at the neck, and dolphin supports to the pedestal foot. Possibly a unique custom made item. Weighing approx. 32 troy ounces and 40cm in height.
