Antique Sterling Silver Match Safe Circa. 1905. British. This is a superior match safe. Curved on one side, to fit snugly in a brest pocket...with wonderful hand-chasing work with striker on bottom. Measures 1.50 inches high, 1.25 inches wide, and 3/8 inch deep. The top works perfectly. Marked with "S" and "F&C Co." Hallmarked with a lion and and anchor. In excellent original condition. (Can be used a pillbox or suspended from a chain and worn around the neck)
