A Reed & Barton Sterling Silver tong, ice tongs I believe? The date is hard to read, but I think it reads 1908. Reed & Barton was started by Henry Reed and Charles Barton in Taunton, Massachusetts in 1840. Fully marked. The piece is 4 1/2" in length. Note the "knuckled" look on the claws. Not sure of the pattern, it resembles Marlborough. Good condition.
