Large teaspoon, more USA size than English, at 15.25 cm long (6 inches). The bowl is 5 cm by 3 cm (2 inches by 1.1/4 inches). Embossed pineapple, grapes, pomegranate in the bowl in typical berry spoon style. Stem and finial have engraved designs, with a flower head and leaves to the top. Maker's mark appears to be A.T & Co in Gothic letters.
