Made by Elkington & Co, England, these vintage reeded handled dinner knives are silver plate with stainless blades. Each knife has a shield panel and there are faint signs of various crests on each - two have M.C of C.W depending on which way you view them, four have a lion rampant standing in a crown holding a flag aloft. All nicely mellow and smoothed over. The blades are in good condition - one has a few minor ripples but nothing to detract. Good useable knives, suitable for any pattern forks. Each knife is 21.5 cm long. Probably date from circa 1930s.
