Antique French silver plated jardinière signed Gallia hallmarked and numbered. The jardinière has its original liner and is beautifully decorated with the face of Bacchus. The handles are two coiled snakes. The detail and quality are exceptional. Length 18 inches, width 8-1/2 inches, height 5-1/2 inches. This is an extremely rare and very high quality jardinière in exceptional condition. Only royalty could afford pieces of this quality when they were made.
