Schultz & Fischer were silversmiths in San Francisco in 1857-1882. Much of their silver was completely unmarked bearing no maker's name,nor coin mark.
These dinner forks are marked "coin" on reverse so that tells you they were made in his early days , probably around 1859 ; Flatware had to be marked sterling silver after 1865..Length 71/2" A true dinner size fork seldom seen in coin silver.
