Rich neoclassical gilt decoration surrounding panels of birds & flowers. Suppported on lion paw feet. Lid with openwork and gilded finial. Great quality. Green Crown Mark England/Coalport/AD1750, painted pattern no 5146 over 200. Condition good. A few age cracks in gilding of feet and possible restoration to top of finial.
