Unusual German porcelain table cruet set, probably made in relation to the Boer War (1899-1902), with the pepper and mustard shaped as campaign tents, set on a plinth base moulded with a flag painted as the White Ensign of the United Kingdom, a pair of cannon protruding either side, with original spoon.
