Victorian, circa 1860 Parr Factory Staffordshire spill vase with a Pastoral theme which features a cow with a recumbent calf, stood on an oval base. Russet and white version. Decorated in the round with decoration to the front and the reverse. Book reference not found. Generally good. No restoration. Small chip to the cow''s horn. Flaking to the ground. Kiln effects: notable crazing; glaze miss to the base; firing crack to the underside 6.9ins high, 6.5ins wide, 3.4ins depth
