Circa 1900 Majolica vase modeled as a green frog sitting on a lily pad with its mouth wide open. Three stilt marks and two vent holes to underside. Good. No cracks. No hairlines. Kiln effects: over glazed shrinkage line at top of front legs; small firing pit to top of front left leg and another to chest; piece of kiln detritus to front of lily pad; glaze accumulation to underside with a few associated flakes. Restored chip to leaf. 8ins high
