Circa 1890 Majolica Palissy spill vase modelled as an ammonite shell supported by tenticular coral on a naturalistic base. Gray interior. Brown underside with three stilt marks. Good. No restoration. Small piece of one tentacle has broken off. Two small flakes to shell rim. Paint almost entirely flaked on coral. 8ins high
