Cylindrical mid century modern Nymolle pottery vase. MINT CONDITION. No chips, cracks, damage, or repair of any kind. Marked with NYMOLLE, DENMARK and cipher for Axel Bruehl. Vase is 6 1/2" tall and 3" wide. Nymolle was established in Denmark in 1936. Recognized Nymolle artists include Jacob Bang (who was hired as art director in the 1940s), Axel Bruehl (known for his extraordinary glazes) and Gunnar Nylund (who introduced the chamotte glaze line as well as many other innovative styles).
