Superb Royal Bonn covered urn. Beautifully decorated with large pink flowers and bronze and brown colored leaves on a soft peach and beige back round. To add to the charm of this fine large piece of porcelain, the body is also decorated with soft, brushed gold and the flowers and leaves are out-lined in a bright raised gold. The finial on the domed lid is also heavily gilded. Fresh from a local Brooklyn estate. Extra fine original condition. Fully marked for the fine German porcelain maker, Franz Anton Melhem (Royal Bonn). 14" tall x 8" wide. Price 550.
