Circa 1880-1920 Chinese Export Rare Blue and White Duck Tureen with Cover. Duck Tureens in Chinese Export Porcelain are rare. The only duck tureen we have ever had in chinese export was in mottahedah which was a reproduction of a early chinese export mold. I have seen them in chinese export famille rose rose medallion and rose mandarin a few times. This tureen measures 13" X 7 1/2" and is 9" in height to the top of the duck's head. Good Condition. Fresh out of a Tureen Collection which also included a English Minton Majolica game pie tureen and a German Meissen Blue Onion Soup Tureen. This tureen is in Excellent Condition with No Chips, Cracks or Restoration.
