This is a nice transfer calendar tile from 1920. Made by Wedgwood for Jones McDuffee & Stratton, Crockery, China & Glass Merchants, Boston, USA. The front has an image of the Mayflower in Plymouth Harbor 1620. It measures 4.6 inches by 3.25 inches. The condition is very good, with crazing and roughness to the edges and corners, as seen in the photos.
