This antique tile was made by the Mosaic Tile Company of Zanesville Ohio. The design is by the famous 19th Century English illustrator Walter Crane. On top, the tile is titled ''Little Bo Peep''. The design shows a young woman holding her staff, looking for her sheep. The back is marked ''Mosaic''. The edges of the tile are glazed in blue, so the intention was to use this as a trivet. The condition is very good but has an odd application of the transfer making some areas blur and curdle. Combined shipping is always available at Bungalow BILL!
