Made by A.R. Cole, the frothy glaze of this strawberry jar is outstanding. The mixture of red, pink, and white in a high gloss sets this one apart from the pack. It has six incised openings for plants and 3 holes for hanging, but this stunner was never used and is in excellent condition. There is one area on the edge of one opening that appears to be a glaze miss, and is only noticed by feeling the roughness of the exposed red clay.
