Persia- Qajar period crackle-glazed ceramic tile hand decorated with figural design probably featuring the epic love story of Majnun and Layla. Diameter: 12.5" (32 cm.). The back has a wire suspension device for wall display. The tile dates probably to 18th.-19th. century and is in excellent condition without any damage.
