Victorian, circa 1880 Majolica teapot and sugar decorated with a bird perched on bamboo. Cobalt blue ground to either side of both pieces. Handles and finials of both, and spout of teapot all modeled in the form of bamboo cane. Pink interiors. Cream bases with painted mark ''20'' to base of sugar. Vent hole to cover of teapot. Good. No cracks. No hairlines. Very slight wear to both. Four restored chips to rim of teapot cover. Retouched flake to finial. Restored chip to cover of sugar. Retouched flaking to inner rim of sugar. sugar 3.5ins high, teapot 4ins high
