Circa 1800-1820 Chinese Export Drum Shaped Teapot in Blue and White with faded monogram initials. This teapot was made for Export for the American Market in the Late 18th Century to the Early 19th century. It measures 5" in height and the diameter is 5" at the bottom. Wonderful double strapped handle with wonderful splotching where the handle was attached into the body of this wonderful teapot. The monogram is pretty worn from hands having handled it but it appears to be REL in Script. Excellent Quality with no chips, cracks or restoration.
