This is an equisite Chocolate pot from the mid-twenty century. It is hand painted with some transferred leaves for additional embellishment. It stand 10 inches tall and is 8 inches from spout to handle. The handle is placed at an angle due to the swirl crimp pattern of the porcelain which is very unique and attractive. It has flowers reminiscent of an early English garden,with lilias, hydranges, and small buds. The gold is without flak and there are no crack, chips or scratches on this piece. It is truly a beautiful piece of Limoges.
