This Meissen Rose individual or miniature tea pot is 3-1/2" high by 6" wide. There is a Meissen rose on each side of the pot and three buds on the lid. The crossed sword mark with the pommels on the bottom dates the pot to 1860-1924. This is genuine Meissen, not one of its many imitators who used similar crossed swords as marks. The condition is excellent, as if unused. This would be an elegant way to treat yourself to an individual cup of tea or just keep it on a shelf for display. It's a gem.
I also have several dinner plates in the Meissen rose pattern, please inquire.
