Sometimes called "Pagodaware" by collectors, these darling little ball shakers feature the Japanese art of moriage, most commonly seen on Dragonware.This vibrant blue 3~piece set is in excellent condition, in fact, I would be surprised to find they were ever used at all. The tray, 5 1/2" long and 2 1/2" wide, features floral embossed handles and two recessed areas in which the shakers will sit. The shakers are about 2 5/8" in height at the handles and have screw~on lids, not corks. All three pieces are hallmarked in red "Japan" as shown on the back of the tray.
