Victorian, circa 1880 Majolica oval platter decorated with pink flowering branches on ochre fence molded ground. Mottled green, ochre and cobalt center with three stilt marks. Brown studded rim. Washy green reverse with three stilt marks inside the foot. Good. No cracks. No hairlines. Some wear to mottled center. Kiln effects: chip to reverse associated with touch mark; small area of stained crazing to under rim; glaze misses to center. Restored chip to rim. 11.25ins by 14ins wide
