Victorian, circa 1880 Majolica bread platter decorated with ferns and shells on red backing, around a mottled center. Ochre and green scroll handles. Beaded border around the rim. Cream reverse. Generally good. No cracks. No flakes. Some wear to the center. Repair to both handles (tight hairline still partly visible on the front). Restored chips to the foot. 13.75ins wide
