This is an excellent pin tray by Shelley marked in Green in Script, Fine Bone China era 1929-1942 which would have been the era prior to and including most of WorldWar II. This is the The Blue Rock pattern #13591, with nosegay flowers and blue handles. It is 3 3/4" square pin tray, with the handles it is 5" wide and 1 1/2" deep. It is ruffled in design rather than scalloped. There are no cracks, chips or flakes, this pin dish is in excellent condition.
