Victorian, circa 1860 Staffordshire twin turret castle spill vase with central clock face. A fruiting vine grows up each tower. Shredded clay decoration around the front door, up the sides and across the top. Dull gilt base line and decoration to steps, doors, windows and clock. Generally good. No restoration. No hairlines. No chips. Flake on two of the left hand tower''s crenellations. Some paint losses to leaves of the right hand vine. Rubbing to gilt. Kiln effects: shrinkage crack to the underside; several shrinkage cracks to the shredded clay; a section of shredded clay missing from the left hand side; fine kiln soot caught in the glaze to reverse. 7ins high, 6.75ins wide
