There were only 3 sets made of these plates in 1973. Measures 8 3/4inches accross. Called Farmer''s wife on stepladder, this plate depicts Picasso''s beautiful consort Marie-Therese Walter. Plate has all the information about the original painting written on the back, is dated 1973 and signed H117. Condition is MINT with no scratches/cracks/chips of any sort. The series was abandoned when the rights to continue by the artist''s heirs was denied. There were 6 plates in the series - this is one of 5 from a private collection. Enquire about the others.
