Victorian, circa 1880 Lear Majolica oyster plate which features sunflower heads forming the 6 wells. White ground version. Colouration: yellow, white, pink, are predominant. English diamond registration mark for the date ??/??/????. Book reference not found. Good. Slight wear to the high points of the molding. Kiln effects: small firing pit to the central well. Filled chip to the rim 0.8ins high, 9.8ins wide, 9.6ins depth
