Circa 1900 Large Majolica wall plate decorated with a fox running along a path. Woodland scene in the background. Shaped rim with a purple border around the edge molded as a fruiting blackberry branch. White reverse with three stilt marks and impressed ''2016''. Two hanging holes on the foot. Good. No restoration. No cracks. No hairlines. No chips. Flake to fox nose and some to the foot. Kiln effect: craze lines under the glaze to the center. 11.5ins diameter
