Victorian, circa 1870 George Jones Majolica plate decorated with strawberry leaves laid in a white napkin on pink ground. Ochre border around the rim. Mottled green and brown reverse. Three stilt marks inside the foot along with impressed GJ monogram and painted pattern number ''2254 B'' in reserve. Good. No cracks. No hairlines. Some flaking to leaf edges. Slight staining to the white napkin. Restored rim chip. 8ins diameter
