Fine quality Royal Vienna signed plate by KOLLER, Theodor a 19th C listed artist. Shows a nautical scene with perhaps widows waiting for their men to return from the sea. A really beauty signed on the verso with the blue beehive mark. Circa 1880 and 10'' across great quality painting and gilding one to treasure for sure.
