Victorian, circa 1870 Brown Westhead Moore Majolica plate, molded as a woven basket with pink ribbon entwined into the rim. Turquoise reverse with three stilt marks, impressed maker''s mark ''BROWN WESTHEAD MOORE & CO'' and painted number ''286 5''. Good. Kiln effects: stained crazing to the front; several glaze pops to the reverse. Repaired rim hairline. Restored under rim chip. 9ins diameter
