This is an excellent UnderPlate for Gravy or Tea Pot by Shelley. Marked in Green in Script, Fine Bone China era 1929-1942 which would have been the era prior to and including most of WorldWar II. This is the The Blue Rock pattern #13591 with eight fluted scallops and lovely nosegay flowers on every other scallop and a single flower on the other scallops. It is 7 1/2" long 5 ½"; wide. There are no cracks, chips or flakes. This Gravy or Tea Pot underplate is in excellent condition. Although I have shown the Gravy Boat with the underplate they are sold separately.
