This is an 11 inch dinner plate by Shelley, England. This plate has six scallops with a large nosegay within each scallop and smaller ones within the plate center. There are no chips, flaws, or cracks. This Shelley is a Fine Bone China with the Green Mark in Script on the back. This pattern is "Blue Rock" and the pattern number is 13591. It was produced between 1929 and 1942 which would have been prior to and including the World War II era. Lovely artistically executed and designed plate.
