This is a great artist transfer plate for the decorator. The Bavaria porcelain company (JKW with a crown on green cartouche) picked several Old Masters and transferred the paintings to plates for the use in decorating. It is a good grade of porcelain and a beautiful plate to hang or add to a plate rack.
