Victorian, circa 1880 Small Majolica jardiniere and stand molded as bamboo canes bound together with lilac ribbon. Green leaves hang from the rim of the jardiniere. Green interior with drainage hole to base. Ochre glaze to the underside of jardiniere with three stilt marks and a painted mark. Three stilt marks to interior and underside of stand. Painted mark to underside. Good. Jardiniere: No restoration. Limescale around the base on exterior. Kiln effects: few shrinkage lines and staining to interior; couple of shrinkage lines from drainage hole on the underside. Stand: Some wear and staining to interior. Restored chips around the inside of the rim. 5.5ins high, 6.75ins diameter
