Victorian, circa 1870 Minton Majolica square jardiniere decorated with cobalt ground and a bulrush/cattail at each corner. Ochre border around the rim. Pink interior with drainage hole to base. Three stilt marks and impressed maker''s marks to base. Good. No hairlines. No chips. No flakes. Some wear to interior. Kiln effects: shrinkage line to inner rim. Glaze pops to all four sides, on the cobalt ground. Repaired rim crack. Repaired crack across two of the feet. 8.75ins high, 7.75ins wide
