Victorian, circa 1870 Miniature Holdcroft Majolica square planter, decorated with acorns, berries and leaves on light blue paving-effect ground. Corners molded as branches. Turquoise interior with drainage hole at the base. Green underside with three stilt marks, painted ''14'' and impressed maker''s mark ''J HOLDCROFT''. Good. No cracks. No hairlines. No chips. Small flake to underside. Restored flakes to rim and three corners. 2.5ins wide, 2.5ins high
