Victorian, circa 1880 Majolica square jardiniere, each side decorated with a pink blossoming branch on cobalt ground with impressed floral pattern. Ochre edging with green leaf molding around the top. Brown studded border around the base. Four gray scroll molded feet. Turquoise interior. Ochre underside with painted marks. Vent hole behind each foot. Good. No cracks. No hairlines. Flake to rim. Kiln effects: some cobalt glaze run over the branches; crazing to interior, some staining to interior base. Restored chip to rim corners. Restored flakes to studded base and three feet. 8ins high, 7.5ins square
