Early 20thC Shorter & Sons Majolica pitcher molded with fish, shells and seaweed on cream ground with blue wave like molding below. Purple stipple pattern around the neck inbetween two rope twist borders. Brown handle and maroon interior. Marks to base including ''Made in England''. Good. No restoration. No hairlines. No chips. Kiln effect: shrinkage cracks to foot rim. 5.25ins high
