Victorian, circa 1880 Majolica pitcher with hexagonal shaped neck and bulbous body. Neck decorated with a bird and blossoming branch with fan like molding to the spout. Turquoise exterior ground with magenta border around the rim. Pale pink interior. Turquoise underside. Good. No restoration. No cracks. No chips. No flakes. Kiln effects: firing crack to base and running up the body; craze lines to the handle and exterior; two pieces of kiln detritus to exterior; slight staining to crazing on the underside. 7ins high
