Circa 1820-1840 Chinese Export Large Blue Canton Water Pitcher measuring 7" in height. Fresh out of a North Shore Estate along with a Platter. This is one of the tallest pitchers that we have had. Usually you see ones that are 4"-5" in height. They came in about 8 sizes and my dream is to own a complete set. This pitcher is in Very Good Condition with only some minor fritting around the edges of the top from probably years of use. A firing mark on the bottom rim of the base. The height to the top of the handle is 7 1/2" and spout to back of handle measures 10 1/4". Excellent Condition in a nice medium blue color. The bottom of the base measures 5 1/8"
