Great pair of circa mid 1800 porcelain pitchers with lids, French or Germany, beautifully modeled gilt lion and matte lioness sitting on top of scrolled handle with anthemion leaf sprig, interesting double fluted rim.
1) finely handpainted floral wreath on lion pitcher, incised II mark.
2) finely handpainted floral sprigs on lioness pitcher, blue initials and incised markings.

Condition – excellent overall, no nicks or cracks, shows nominal wear. 414h
