For sale is this lovely pitcher, marked on the bottom Ridgway Son Hanley England 1840. Incredible details highlight this pitcher, which stands 9 1/2" at its highest. Knights jousting in full relief with a castle under the spout and scrolled foliate bands underneath all on a footed base. A nicely detailed handle completes the pitcher. No chips or cracks. There is a stress line under the spout as shown, but it is not a crack. The same blue color inside and out.
